A1: During the warranty period, we will provide free spare parts (excluding damages caused by man-made factors, wars or natural disasters). After the warranty period expires, we will charge a reasonable fee for the spare parts.

Q2: How long does it take to receive the product after ordering?

A2: We will arrange production immediately after receiving the deposit. For the first new order, the lead time is 45 working days; for subsequent reorder models, the lead time is 30 working days. We can arrange shipment immediately after production is completed.

Q3: How long does it take to receive a sample, and is the sample cost refundable?

A3: After receiving the sample fee, we will arrange production immediately, with a sample production time of about 15-20 working days. The sample fee is non-refundable.
