Process :

1. Demand Communication : We first conduct in-depth communication with customers to fully understand their customization needs, including brand positioning, functional requirements, appearance preferences, order quantity, delivery time and budget, ensuring that all demands are accurately recorded and confirmed to lay a solid foundation for subsequent customization work.

2. Program Design : Based on the confirmed customer demands, our R&D team formulates a professional customization plan, including detailed renderings, functional lists, technical parameters and a reasonable quotation, and submits it to the customer for review and confirmation, making timely adjustments according to the customer’s feedback until the plan meets their expectations.

3. Sample (If the customer requires it) : If the customer needs to test the customization effect, we will produce a sample according to the confirmed design plan. After the sample is completed, it will be sent to the customer for inspection, and we will make repeated modifications and optimizations based on the customer’s sample feedback until the sample fully meets the customization requirements.

4. Mass Production : After the customer confirms the sample (or waives the sample link), both parties sign the PI contract, and the customer pays the agreed deposit. We then arrange mass production in accordance with the confirmed plan and contract requirements, implement full-process quality control, and regularly update the production progress to the customer.

5.  Quality Inspection and Delivery : After the completion of mass production, we conduct strict quality inspection on each product to ensure that the quality, function and appearance meet the customization standards. The customer can also conduct on-site inspection or entrust a third-party agency for inspection. After passing the inspection, the customer pays the balance, and we arrange professional packaging and shipping in a timely manner.

6. After-Sales : After the products are delivered, we provide comprehensive after-sales support for the customized products, including maintenance manuals and maintenance videos, to solve any problems encountered by the customer in the use and maintenance process, ensuring a worry-free experience.
